It was sectioned four inches, the rear of the frame was kicked up 5 inch and the front was lowered using a dropped axle. Front wheel opening was moved up two inch. Extreme low and quite different proportions make this 40 Ford one a very nice ride.
A set of 1941 Studebaker taillights where fitted to the 40 Ford fenders which is perfect fit. (a classic combination) and 1947 Chevy bumpers where used both front and rear.
The windshield was chopped two inches and Carson made a padded top for the car although it was rarely seen on the car. Valley Customs painted the super straight body in mile deep black laquer and the upholstery was done by Carson in white and dark blue naughide.
