Link Paola customized this 1949 Chevy for Dean Spence Murray.

He chopped the top with a very graceful flowing line. The driprails where removed and the rear corners of the doors where rouned. Strangely enough the hood corners where not rounded, and now look a but croocked after the 1949 Mercury grille shell was installed. Chrysler grille floats niceley into the Merc grille shell. An very unique feature is the chromed exhaust pipe remerging from underneath right in front of the rear fender and moving up to sit just above the rear wheel opening/fender skirt.

Spence used his 1949 as daily transport and even went on a cross country trip with it.
